Before I got married I was about 115 lbs., a year into my marriage and no work I gained 40 lbs. That sounds bad but it's not for my height and female, I'm supposed to weigh about 150 with me being 5 foot 9 inches. However, by 2005 I was weighing 183. I missed not having to suck in my gut and wanted to wear those tight close again. I tried diets, starving myself all sorts of weird diet pills and still nothing.
My husband suggested I try Meltdown. At first I didn't go for it, but after another year and still hefty I caved in and bought some. I was glad I did!
With a fair diet and no exercise I went from 183 to 160 in just a few months!
Everyone says to take a brisk walk, but because of my knees I can't do that. If I stay on my feet for too long at a time my knees start to swell and hip to hurt. So preforming grueling exercises is out of the question. One time after a workout session I collapsed because my knees gave way, they can't take anything strenuous. And if my husband does see me on the treadmill and going a little bit too fast he will instruct me to slow down, because my knees can't take it.
Anyway, I ran out of pills to see if I could lose weight myself and seen my weight isn't going any where. I want to loose about 10 to 15 more pounds so will get back on my MeltDown pills.
Once I reach 150 I will do my best to stay on it without any help, but I'm so glad my husband suggested MeltDown to me.
