At first, I did not like this product. It made me very nauseous and I was getting pretty impatient because I didn't see immediate results. Towards the end of the second week, however, I did start to see some results and the nausea toned down. I haven't experienced any side effects, and I just bought my second bottle. The other VPX products they include in the offer is a great deal!
