I have taken 4 vials so far. I take it once b4 workout, and then on the days I work out, I take 1 b4 bed. Summer is a time of sporadic workouts so I reduce the amount of weight I workout with. However, after only 3 vials of hemogex, I went into the gym and had a spring workout on only 5 hrs of sleep (that is a huge deal for me because if I dont get at least 7 hrs of sleep, my workout is very disappointing.) I am already a VPX fan. I have been taking NO Shotgun for years and have been very happy with it. That is the only reason I was willing to pay the high price to try it. My muscles also feel very different. They feel like they are recovering much faster than b4 the hemogex. If this is a placebo effect like some of the forums I have read, then I love it. But I really think that VPX is on to something here. Just hope the government doesnt take it away. lol not sure if the post date will show. its 8/6/11
