I've been taking this pill for four days now and lost four pounds I love this I was taking apidexin and I didn't get any results. I workout 5 days a week about 1 1/2 Hrs a day and I wasn't worn out. This gives me the energy I need to get through my workouts leaving me with plenty of energy to take care of my three babies. I love this. Please read the directions follow step by step or you will get sick from and possibly have bad side effects. Don't be stupid and take if your underage this is a reason for this!!! I will continue to buy this product
