My name is Jake and I’m currently a trainer in a high traffic gym and absolutely swear by your NO Shotgun. I recommend it to all my clients and have seen the amazing results first hand. However, I often find my clients coming straight from work and forgetting their supplements at home. Right now, the only thing I have to offer is an extra set of dips as punishment... any suggestions?
